The barn was used by farmers to store the hay that was to be used by the animals.

We have restored the barn using the original materials and on the ground floor we have created a common room for our guests.

Here guests can relax or take advantage of our selection of maps, brochures, guides and information pamphlets for the area to help plan their itinerary

The common room also has a giant fireplace that is well-appreciated, in the right season, by guests who enjoy warming their backs while sipping some good wine.

Extending from the common room is a patio with a great view, looking out over our Tuscan countryside and the small villages that encircle our area such as Montieri and Boccheggiano. Here you can find tables, chairs, sun beds and umbrellas.

The common room is well-suited for hosting celebrations of any kind: birthday, graduation, anniversary as well as holding meetings.

The first floor of the Barn houses 2 apartments called Ciciano and Boccheggiano, named so for the view of the village upon which they look.
