Low season is from 01 January to 30 June and from 01 September to 31 December for a weekly price of Euro 450 for each apartment: Ciciano, Boccheggiano,Vallebuia.
The weekly price for the apartment Val di Merse is € 600.
Suite Biancospino euro 60 for day
In the low season, we offer short stays of minimum 2 nights .
In high season
In the high season from 01 July to 31 August, the cost of an apartment for one week is Euro 550: Ciciano,Boccheggiano and Vallebuia .
The weekly price for the apartment Val di Merse is euro 690.
The price for the Suite Biancospino is € 60 for day.
Prices include electricity, gas, water, all linens for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, wood for the stove and fireplace, heating, cleaning service upon departure, use of the vegetable garden and laundry machine.
Prices do not include cleaning services during your stay.
Extra bed for child 12 and under is free.
Linens are changed once a week and is included in the price. In the case of a 2 week stay, linens are changed at no extra cost but a cleaning service costs an extra Euro 30,00.
Guests are asked to leave the apartment in good order and to take away their garbage and deposit it in the appropriate containers at the end of the driveway.
Dogs and other animals in Agriturismo
Animals that are well-behaved and up to date with vaccinations are accepted.
Animals are not permitted in the apartment but dogs are kept in a fenced kennel found outside of the apartment. We have large open spaces where they can run freely, obviously respecting the other guests and the surrounding environment (this includes cleaning up after them) however no animal is to be left to run freely in close proximity to the apartments.
For any damages cause by pets, there will be an additional fee.
We personally have 5 dogs kept in fenced kennels and a cat.
Check in is Saturday from 4pm to 8pm unless otherwise agreed.
Check out by 10am Saturday morning
